Topic: Did anybody call USCIS yet?????
I called them today. The lady looked up my information, my first query was 30 days old, so she did another
query for me to Nebraska. She mentioned that no officier had been given my file as yet.
I was told to wait 45 days, if I don't hear anything, then to do a third query. It seems that the computer will only take a
certain amount of queries and then they will flag the application.
I hope and pray that God has mercy on me, please may it be soon !!!! |

Thank you God
At last I have made my processing date, EB3 ROW 24th Oct 2002 after so, so long. I was stuck in the "just after Aug 2002" for over one year. I am pleased that it has not moved forward by months, as I would have another wait, at least they are trying to keep to FIFO.
I hope my approval is the first week in February.
Good luck and "hang in there'", everyone's time will come. |

When I get my green card will I get a new social security number, if so this will not show my GREAT credit history.
I worked hard at building up my credit line and don't want to start all over again.
Does anyone have any answers ?

You will make it you have come this far. One thing is for sure I have made a BIG promise to myself I will not
let these people win, by changing myself and being bitter. My friend said a really nice thing the other day, she said
you hav'nt let them change you. Easy going you know who you are and know one can take that away from you.

You are absolutely right, I would'nt want me WORST enemy in the world to go through what I have been through, I have
been in this country for over 8,5 years. I can't go back to Zimbabwe, there is no food in the shops, I have to send food
parcels home to keep my family alive. It is hard when you work in a hostile environment where you are threatened daily
for bigger revenues or you will be fired.
When you have no where to go there IS NO CHOICE. I have friends whom will not go through this system and have left
but they come from stable countries. Everyone has their own story to tell, so we cannot generalize.

Topic: VISA BULLETIN FOR JANUARY 2008 is out
I am so pleased only another 9 days for me on the visa bulletin. I wish everyone the best, but I have just waited
too long and FIFO is the way to do it. A huge movement in EB 3 would put everyone out of order.
I know a few people stuck at the end of 2002, EB3 ROW would agree.
