Topic: I 140 Case Transfered to Another Office for Processing

One of my cases got approved on 05/08 indicating that they are honouring the original RD.

Thats definitely a good sign as we are seeing more transfered cases getting approved based on Original RD.

Topic: Any approval after case transferred from TSC to NSC

My Case was transferred from TSC to NSC on 04/04/2008. Had some 5 or 6 LUDs since then. Still waiting with a hope that the original receipt date will be honoured. (RD - 07/30/2007)

Btw, i have seen a case that was transfered from TSC to NSC and got approved..follow the link below for more info.

Topic: I 140 Case Transfered to Another Office for Processing

Just received an update saying that my case is transfered from Texas to Nebraska for processing. My Received date is 07/30/2007 and its non concurrent processing. Here is the update

"On April 4, 2008, we transferred this case I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER to our LINCOLN, NE location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow the instructions provided on the notice...."

Did anyone have this kind of experience?

My I 485 is pending in Nebraska Center - not sure if this is the reason why its transferred there.
