Friends, Myself and my wife applied for EAD cards three weeks back and recieved our cards 04/04/2009. We were suprised that we got the cards in three weeks. I wanted to share this news to the Trackitt community.

I did look at the instructions. Just needed a confirmation from my frineds here on the question 16 of form 765 and regarding the other questions.

This is my first renewal, the initial filing was done by my lawyer, so I do not have access to my previous documentation.

I am applying for my EAD renewal. I need sme inputs in filling the application form:

1) What should be the response for the question 16 on the form I765 (Mine is a employment based petition)

2) I live in Pennsylvania, to which service centre do I need to mail the form.

3) Can I send a Priority mail via USPS.

4) What all documentation do I need to submit with this application?

15-20K is rate that a good lawyer charges for the EB1 all categories. This may vary 2-3k Plus/Minus. If I were you, I would still go ahead with EB1. Not mant get a chance to file in this category inspite of being qualified.

One other question:

My 485 is pending at TSC. Technically, we applied at TSC, later it was transfereed to VSC ->then back to TSC.

To which service centre do I need to send my EAD completed application. Please let me know.

Heard from few friends that if we efile for EAD we are getting the cards for only one year extension, whereas paper file will get two years.

Not sure how true is this info.
