Hi bluekayal,
I seen your profile you still did not get your GC since your 485 is still pending.
How you become eligible unemployment benifits?
Is is Insurance ? or from government Benefit.
Please clarify.

Are we eligible to apply for unemployment benefit even without having GC?

shankar

Topic: EB3 India 2001 & 2002 pending 485 applications

I'm really so sorry for those people waiting longer.
cornholio,
Thank you very much for giving summary of the problem you guys faced in past.
So you mean to say that who ever gone to BEC all are waiting still.
or one particular BEC center is creating this problem.

There should be some similarities among the guys who waiting for long time.
Instead of saying bad luck if we find out what is causing problem then we can try to find what can be done from our side.

Topic: EB3 India 2001 & 2002 pending 485 applications

1 Question to the guys waiting from 2001 etc...
does all of you have clear case?
Like no labor sub,
remain with same employer,
eb2 eligible because of masters degree,
no REF,
no GAP in income,
Name check cleared
etc...

I'm thinking if the uscis see any flaw in our record they are taking much time to clear those 485

Cooldude
I think you don't know how to add your 485 profile.
Use the following link and add your 485 details.
http://www.trackitt.com/usa-immigration-trackers/i485-tracker1/add/

I saw your other postings but if you add all other details in the above link it will be usefull for others to see the approval trend.
like REF what is date you replied.

If you could add 140 it will be helpfull for 140 trackers.

Hope you can understand.

Topic: RFE on I-485: Birth Certificate or Non-availability and Affidavits

I see the problem now.
You have to go Registrar/ sub-registrar's office not municipality.
Only registrar is issuing non availability certificate.
But is it strange the birth certificate is issued by municipality.

so you have to go Registrar/ sub-registrar's office. do not go to municipality office.

Topic: RFE on I-485: Birth Certificate or Non-availability and Affidavits

Hi,
I got the NAC from avinashi thasil state of tamilnadu. (Issues by sub register office)
it says form no. 11 and issues under section 12 of registeration of birth and death Act 1969.
and it is clearly states that NON AVAILABILITY CERTIFICATE.

I hope this will help you get the NAC from respective authorities.

Regards
shankar

Topic: Any TSC 2002 priority date still waiting for GC?

Hey guys,
First of all I pray for each one of you to get GC soon. You guys waited enough.
Does your cases has any complications like
1. batchlor degree + exp with same employer
2. Labor substitution
3. PERM conversion etc...
If you share this information then it would be easier to know how 2006 cases are being approved where as 2001 cases are pending with all PD RDND are current.

I don't know what else would be complications or even this list also migt be straight forward cases.

Don't mistake me. I just wanted to know why they are delaying your cases.
