I had two infopass on 8/11 and 8/27
8/11: They told me that my background check was cleared on July 31 and I can expect decision 30 to 60 days
8/27: IO told me that my file is on the way to officer. This is after we stop seeing approvals.
I was not even expecting any approval till October based on last one week's trend.

Any how thanks for all your wishes and prayers. I wish you all good luck. It has been very long ride, sleep less nights etc.

I tried to correct the title and I could not. I am here for last 9 1/2 years. I started my first GC, but because of 911, 245(i) I lost my first GC as my company could not survive that long etc. I have two 140s approved from same employer, one from PERM and another from BEC.

My PD Dec 2004, RD July 2nd and ND is AUG 29th 2007. Have n't received any info, NO LUDs for AC21. Don't know what is going on. Frustated.

When ever I call IO, they always say RD is Aug 29th, rather than July 2nd and they will look again, but they say it is still under normal processing times.

Looks like better not inform USCIS. I have informed USCIS and MY PD is DEC 2004, still waiting. Where as my collegues, two of them they never informed, their PDs are 2006 and both of them got approved.

I got my EAD approved and got approval notice mailed email today
Sent it on July 7th, and got approved on 8/18.

Hi Gurus,
I just called TSC and they says, they don't care any PDs or RDs for I485 approval. They check only ND for approval purpose, where as for filing I485, they compare PDs it seems.

My ND is Aug 29th, even though my RD is 7/2/07 and PD is Dec 2004. I cannot raise any SR because it is still under processing times

Any comments?

My PD is Dec 2004, have two dependents, RD ius July 2nd, still waiting. Non concurrent filing, I140 approved last year based on BEC labor.

Don't know when USCIS will get me out of this loop. Keep praying

I am here from 1999.
They could have opened the gates for few and clear tha list. Now it is a big mess. We don't know when we will be getting.

She did n't know any thing about my EAd. Infopass was on 8/8/08 about I485 as I gave the receipt notices for I485 only. and I got email today on EAD saying that it is approved. She clearly told that it is I485, so NO confusion. We never applied for wife's EAD.

I don't know how to relate RDs, PDs and current approval trend. Looks like USCIS got messed up.

I never asked about EAD, as I was not interested in my EAD and I am not using EAD. I gave recept copies of my I485 and my wife's 485. She told us that all of our checks are cleared. They are working on our cases as of 8/8/2008.

Thanks for your prayers. I don't use EAD, as I am on H1B. renewed for safety purpose. Hope fully I will see my Green soon.

Hi Gurus,
My PD is Dec 2004 and I see lot of approvals with 2005, 2006. I just got Card Production ordered for MY EAD. I atteneded an infopass last week and the lady told me that they were working on my case as we spoke.

As of today no info on 485, but EAD got approved.

Any suggestions?

I don't aggree it either. My RD July 2nd, PD is Dec 2004. Still waiting
