i have reapplied EC cause my EC got rejected due to non maintainence of funds......
my new details are as follows:
Ec Date Applied : 6th October
Integra verification confirmed from BHC: 23rd October
Ec Result :awaited.
Praying to God just grant me visa.....hoping against hope!!

thanks very much indeed for the reply...infact im thinking the same ....but i was thinking one more thing that i can review cause the fd's are though in the joint name but i can get a letter frm the bank stating that i can encash the fd's any time ....and can i attach that letter with my review form and go fr it ..if it happens then its my gud luck otherwise i have time and im already maintaining the funds in the account ....so i will reapply after 3 months ....
please suggest can i go for both the things....or should i just wait ..for 3 mnths...
also if i want to review ....can u suggest me wat to write in the coveriung letter formats and wat all should i attach with it...
please suggest.,...

Dear All,
My EC has been rejected due to non maintainence of funds ....it was in fd's but i didnt attach a letter frm the bank stating that the funds can be encashed at any point of time ..
just thought to review the case and get a letter frm the bank stating that i can get the funds frm fd;s any time.,..
can anypne please help me in getting the covering letters for the same ....wat all should i write...
at the same time im also maintianing funds in my account so if the review doesnt get through i can reapply the ec...
please suggest....

First of all i would really like to appreciate the sincere efforts of whosoever has started this forum.....im sure this would be of a great help to all of us in some or the other way!!!!
second i would also like to put here my case where i was told by the vfs guys that we can submit the FD's as well in joint names.i got the approval letter dated 22nd april...i applied ec on 22nd MAY and got ec rejected on 22nd JUne .,.,
i had kept 1.5 lacs in savings and i hd shown around 5 lacs in fixed deposits with my parents but they were the first holders and i was the third...or second in some of them...they didnt consider my fixed deposits ....i'd written that they r 1 year old but forgot to write that they can nbe encashed any time..
so they refused my EC ...I would like to have suggestion whether i should go for a review or can i wait for 3 months keeping that balance in my savings and reapply again...i have already kept that baklance now but wat should i do exactly ...and second can i re apply again cause this letter would be 6mnths valid so i can reapply for ec till 22sep...
please suggest.

second ive already aplied for the ec so lets hope for the best cause i cant write a covering letter now but my fd;s should show them that i have enough balance in my account for backup...
just waiting eagerly for the outcum....

dear all....
sorry to jum in the forum but i have an urgent query and felt that all u guys have got the EC so would be able to help me better....
i applied EC on 22nd but my issue is that my funds in savings account dnt hold 2800 pounds since 3 months but i have attached FD's on my name where the funds are sufficient and also the FD's are 1 year old....
im worried about the fact that will those FD"s be considered for my maintainence section ....
things are still on the way to happen and i get really tensed after looking at people's rejection because of funds not maintained...
please suggest

sorry to hear about the ec rejection....u can still apply again with fresh funds ....
just wanted to clear one thing ...did u shoiw funds in fd's mf also oir just ur savings account balance.....actually i have also put fd's and mutual funds to get my total balance of 2800 pounds....i have shown my fd's ......i hope thaT SHOIULD WORK.........

dono wats gonna happe how much time precisely it took for ur ec to cum its already been 12working days....lets hope for the best ...all i can do is Pray to God...

if in some cases fd's have wrked then i suppose mine would also be not a plm....thats wat i assume...

thanks a lot for the reply ...i had 1.2 lacs since3 months and the fixd deposits are 1 year old and maturing on different dates all are for 3-4 years ...dono.....im reealyyyyy worried about everything ......
maintainance seems to be a plm as well....for most of the guys in here ....i have got accomodation proof frm my sister as wel....she is there on Indefinite leave to remain....
please suggest wat might happen....did u also submit fd';s and do u really think they consider fd's under maintainence...
