Topic: Injustice done to EB3 India

Let him be from EB1, EB2, EB3, EB4 or EB5 or any other special GC type.
He can go to any forums on the internet. He is paying for his internet bills.
However, no one has given him rights to talk nonsense after going on those forums to someone.

Y u talking rudely to AksAri? He is not wrong. He gave some genuine advice which any person will give you.

If you are giving examples about people of some country, then what are you doing? Are you typing jewels here?

Do not make any personal attacks on anyone here.

If you think Indians are crabs etc etc, then what are you? Someone who is insulting fellow Indian who is speaking absolute truth?

After posting this great language for a really great member of trackitt, you are showing how caring you are.

All the best with your attitude. Stop abusing people who speak truth.

If you are feeling shameful, then y are you insulting? I would infact never react to something/someone I feel ashamed about.

Hope this helps and please do not write any great words of praise for anyone if that person is honest. It is a sincere request.

I think this is a fake post.

OP wrote he is from EB2C and not EB1. C means china? OP is not chinese.

Did USCIS start a new category specially for OP?

Somewhere in this world, OP is relaxing on his couch, reading the comments and enjoying popcorn ;)

Topic: Is "Priority Date" makes any difference for EB1C I-485 ?

Hey, y did OP ask such vague question in the first place? Is it to have some fun? He has already applied for I-485 (see his tracker). Tell that OP not to post such questions. Also, see OPs other posts. Over there he is writing in proper English. You must infact tell such people not to post mocking posts. Hope you get what I mean? No one is making fun of someone's English here. We are no Shakespeare ourselves.

However, if OP can post stuff he knows the answer for so as to trigger some funny replies, then this OP needs to stop posting such stuff. Is OP some kid? After applying for I-485 he is asking such questions? Does he wants to tell people that he has applied for I-485?

Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.

Topic: Injustice done to EB3 India

First of all thanks for making me laugh with your great post!!!!

Exactly, what u talking about?

If it was in our hands, we would have made EB2/EB3 current for the whole world, even inhabitants of Mars/Jupiter.

I dont understand what you mean to say? You mean to say Indians are having any say in the immigration policies and EB2 are creating problems for EB3? LOL

I hope experts can explain this in a better way to you.

Topic: EB1 wait time

Has USCIS started reading trackitt posts and thus investigating EB1Cs with seriousness?

May be that can be one of the reasons for the delay.

Experts may give better reasons.

Congrats! Can you please tell me why did you do a PP for EB2-I? As such PDs are not gonna be current for some time.

Topic: Dual Nationality /Retain Indian Nationality

Tum kehna kya chahte ho?

See buddy, this forum is for I-485 and not for Naturalization.

No one told you to give up Indian citizenship. You can keep extending your GC for ever. You are free to file any public litigation any where. I think ppl in this forum want to settl in US (and want GC ASAP).

All the best with your petition.

Topic: What is next after I-140

CIR is a rule for immigration reforms. You can track it on trackitt. There is one thread about this rule.

Topic: What is next after I-140

Replying to your title "What is next after I-140"

If EB2/Eb3-I then you can do the following:

a) Always be +ve and keep thinking that some day CIR will pass

b) Wish that you somehow get GC through EB1C

c) Never get frustrated due to delays

d) Pray daily that your PD becomes current the very next day

e) Hope that there is no retrogression when ur PD is gonna become current

This is all you can do once you have ur I-140 approved and you are applying via EB2/EB3-I.

Topic: When I can file for I-485 ?

1. What will be next step after I-140 approval ?
Once I-140 gets approved, please join the queue for EB2-I. Wait for your PD to become current and then apply for I-485.

2. What all document should i take from my employer, so that if i will change my job then I can retain my priority date.
Others may reply better. I have not yet reached that stage.

3. Can I file for 1-485 and apply for EAD ?
Ans as in 1.

4. Normally we get EAD for how many years ?
EAD if normally for 1 year.

Links are not to be given on this page. There is a separate thread for it.

Even after knowing this rule, why would someone post the link here?

Moreover, I dont think all posts on negative comments are by the same RK Sharma. People are using same name to post negative comments.
