I'm June-2008 but still pending. For clean cases DOL was processing March-2008 in November-2008. I think end of Nov thru First week of Jan is pretty much useless time.. Basing on this my assumption is DOL might be processing April-May 2008 cases now. Hopefully June cases will follow in about month time or two. |

I think, if DOL did not want to start the processing of Fragomen cases, they would not have released an update on their website. Considering they have released the update, they must be starting to process those cases. |

Also, if your case is filed after June-2008 it went to Atlanta Perm Center. Since June-2008 there is only one PERM processing center nationwide and that's Atlanta. ANy and all Perms will be processed by Atlanta alone. |

I think there is a catch in what DOL announced...when DOL announced that it will release all the cases that are in audit ( and I mean Fragomen cases ! ) that only applies to Fragomen cases that went in to audit which Fragomen called as special audit... So only the cases which went in to special audit ( i believe any application filed after June 2008 ) will be released and return to it's normal processing queue. If an application is audited let's say July2007, then I don't think that was a special audit case and would still remain in normal audit queue...Please understand I'm not being mean here...but just trying to explain the fact the way I understood it.. |

I think there is misunderstanding about Fragomen cases here....When DOL issued a notice saying it will remove all the Fragomen cases from Audit....it only applies to the scenario where DOL was auditing every single case filed by Fragomen irrespective of any reason...Fragomen and DOL lawsuit basically resolved this issue...Now onwards there still will be some cases files by Fragomen which might end up in routine audit...but there will not be any blind audit just becasue the case is filed by Fragomen...The lawsuit resolution does NOT say that it will never audit any Fragomen case..
