Topic: Did not receive the Receipt notice for AP which was concurrently E-filed with EAD

Hi gs4616,

I am also in the same situation. Got only EAD receipt but not AP receipt. Do we need to send any documents/photos for AP?

Topic: Very frustrated, Oct 06 RD

Brown74,

Don't be frustrated. Hang on, your day will come soon. I can understand your situation. My RD is Nov 27 2006. My employer initiated two SRs and got response to only the 2nd SR. Hope we will hear a good news soon.

Topic: Effectiveness of Service Request

Here is my response.
My employer opened 2 SRs so far. Received a repsonse letter only for the 2nd SR. I did not notice any change in LUD for the 2nd SR. I have read many posts stating the SRs are no longer affective. Having said that I recommend raising a SR to get a reponse letter from USCIS.

Topic: I-140 SR response letter from USCIS

MY SR Response letter says

"Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 days of the date of this letter."

My employer raised 2 SRs. But received the above response after raising the second SR.

Topic: What happens when you raise a SR?

Thanks krisis for the info.

I checked with my employer regarding the response to the SR. He confirmed that he has received a response to one SR.
