Topic: AOS Adjudication
I did get a RFE since my wife didn't get her TB test and vaccinations done when we applied for I485 since she was pregnant.
The issue is that she is now pregnant again. I did go to the immigration doctor and he said that he will write a letter to USCIS that she is pregnant again and cannot do any testing or shots.
Question: would this lead that her 485 got denied since she is pregnant again? or they will delay the application untill she can make those tests? |

Topic: What do soft updates really mean?
For the past three months, I keep seeing a soft updates but without any change in status.I didn't even receive anything by mail.
Can someone explain what it reaaly means? Does it mean an IO is working on the case?Is it close to be approved especially my PD is June 2005? |

Topic: Reason for soft Luds?
Also, mine got updated and now it says: Case is pending at the office to which it was transfered.I'm not sure why they wrote this exactly knowing that my case has been transfered sicne Aug.30.2007 to Nebraska.
Moreover, my wife is still same sicne August 30.2007 and didn't get any soft update like my case knowing that I'm the primary applicant and she is a dependent.
If anyone can advise what this means? does mean that now they start wworkign on my case even PD is not current yet. |

Topic: 485 pending - employer closing business or bankrupt
Since you have and I485 pending and I assume your I140 already approved, then there is no problem as long as you find a new job with your new employer to apply for ACT21 rule so you USCIS knows about your new employment and your I485 be in process under the new company.(no need to apply for a new I140) |

You have to find a new job ASAP and apply for AC21 rule thru your new employer;otherwise, you will be out of status. |
