8B - If other is indicated in 8A, indicate alternate level of education required: 3 years Bachelor degree from Indian plus experience or Master's degree

I've bachelor degree in Maths (B.Sc.Maths) from India and 3 years Master in Computer Application (MCA) from India with 8 years of experience
My I-140 is filed in EB3 category at NSC in July 2007. Considering 4B - Major field of study is given as "Computer Software and Engineering", 8B & 14
and my bachelor's is in Maths, will there be in issues with I-140? Your opinion is appreciated. |
