Topic: Rude IO!!

I had similar exp. yesterday in TSC. My case is EB2 PD : DEC 2003.

Me: Do you have any idea abt my name check and when my case will be picked up for processing as my PD will be current starting May 1st.
IO: Ohh, we're currently processing Oct 01 cases for your category. You have long way to go. Your name check is still pending.
Me: What do you mean by for my category? I'm EB2.
IO: No, you are EB3. You are under 203 (b) (2). Look at your I-140 approval.
Me: Yes, I am looking at my I-140 approval notice and it says 203(b) (2). Isn't that EB2.
IO : No, this is EB3 and you are few years away..
Me: Just laughed and said have a good day.

What can I say now, this is an IO who is really looking and making decisions on our cases and they are not able to define what EB2 and EB3 is.

We' re really screwed.
