i think, it is an attempt to do some justice to earlier PDs. If the dates move forward, USCIS has a tendency to approve new cases rather than honoring the earlier PDs who already beaten up to death in DOL backlog. I expect the dates to move forward conservatively to do justice 2003/2004 PDs. |

So, what would happen if your lc date is old but I-140 & I-485 filed concurrently in recent days(with in one year) ?. Do they honor the LC date and process both I-140 & I-485 ahead of people filed earlier with more recent priority date ?. |
