Topic: Is it possible to get Travel authorization?

Me and my wife just renewed our employement authorization, have a i-140 approved and i-485 pending for a year and a half....is it ever possible to get a authorization to leave the country for 30 days for my wife with the INS? if so, what is the name of this process?
