I am still waiting fro my passports I sent them 5th October
Don't worry it takes from 3 -4 weeks sometimes even 2 months that's normal

Sorry for not replying asI was very busy
You can not know how long ur bacl ground check takes , do e mail them to see on which ground u r standing , I also advice u to register ur children in schools as the whole process might take longer than expected , even after u get ur passport request sending them and getting them back can be a s long as two months in some cases.

Find the answers to ur inquiries:
1 No changes , still showing in process
2 2/5
3 I don't know e mail dated 3 Oct.
4 the replies after a week
5 I highly recommend e mailing them if the case took more than normal
6 in the website u find a link stating specail case inquiries , u have to enter ur file number and last name them u can e mail them thriough this channel.
