Topic: H1 to EAD H4 Conversion

My wife applied for H1 to H4 COS and EAD recently. She got all of them approved.
But I just noticed that H4 approval notice doesn't have I-94 attached to it.
Is this a common thing?
Her previous I-94 which came with H1-B approval notice is valid till Dec 2016. So I am thinking she is ok till Dec 2016, but what happens after that?
Any one in similar scenario?

Thanks!

Topic: Urgent ! Work Verification

Yes,that should be fine. In my case, my coworker was no more working for the same company when she provided me that affidavit. But the format for affidavit states that the person worked with me between xx/yy/zzzz to aa/bb/cccc.

Topic: Urgent ! Work Verification

I had a similar issue for my perm and my attorney told me that it is ok to have a co-worker affidavit your experience.
That worked for me.

Topic: EB3 to EB2 Porting Progressive Experience

I had similar situation when my employer applied EB2(porting from EB3).
I only had 4 years of experience before joining my current employer.
Attorney framed the case to use experience with current employer as the new job position for
EB2 has 50% different job responsibilities.
My case got approved without any audit a couple of weeks back.
So I think it is something that can be done.

p.s. My employer is a decently big company in USA.
