humm I donno much abt other thing...but I am F1 too and my employer filed for I-140 when I was using my OPT .
I am still F1 and full time student. I donno much stuffzz abt immigration...but hey its approved! :) That only matters to me!
My I-140 just approved on JUNE 13th, 08 ... jus wanted to let you know...cuz I was worried too

Same here...checked this morning at 7 AM, Central Time seen LUD @ today's date, refreshed the page and saw
"approval Notice send" ...then received email
after 30 min. I used this forum a lot although I've never posted anything. I never got any other LUDs after 09/13/07
