Hi,
I called NSC on 08/07/2008 to ask about my 485 status. Initially a lady picked up the phone and told the same story as in staus page. Then , I explained few things related my case . Then, she redirected to second level support. There , one lady atleast verified my mailing address and first name , last name , dob etc. She told that my name check is not cleared yet, but because of the 180 day rule, It should be OK. Also, she told me that she has not seen any other issue and I'll be hearing something within 30 days(this is usual stuff) |

Topic: EB2 - July,August 2007 Filers - PD before Jan 2004
Has any one have approximate stats for how many might have filed I-485 in July& August 2007 with PD prior to Jan 2004.
My PD is Sep 2003 and RD : Aug 10 2007. Because I'm wondering most of them would have filed in June since June visa bulletin has EB2 PD as 01APR04. So , I guess in July and August mostly Labor subst. cases with the pd prior to jan 2004.
Please share your views on this. |

you can enter AGY=$0 for your wife..some of my friends tried this option and fot accepted.
But, I signed the 8453-OL and sent it to IRS. But, this option may be too late for you.
So, enter $0 for your wife with new SSN and enter actual AGI for u to get it through |
