Hello Original,
I am not whining. Thank you for your advice but i would appreciate if u could tell me as to what steps should i take to get my GC approved.
1. If u tell me, i can go to Nebraska and knock on the doors of USCIS to approve my I-140 but remember my processing dates are in March and i am a july filer so i think the IO's at Nebraska are going to throw me back where I belong.
2. Secondly, I can go to Texas where my I-485 is filed and knock on their doors but unfortunately those guys are going to kick me out of there too since my PD is not current.
So, original before u give any advice please bother to keep yourself in someone else's shoes and believe ,it is not a comfortable feeling. It is always better said than done.
Call USCIS, Talk to your lawyer, Make an info pass, go to court etc so many things you can do... |
