I filed on Feb 1st.married september 2007. got EAD and parole. Dallas area. That means I will be called for interview by July 30 ACCORDING TO 180 days rule? Is the rule applicable to all states?
How is the backlog in texas? Does anyone know. I am in full legal standing. Thanks in advance. Havent seen parents in 4 years. |

I am waiting for my interview after marriage tO US citizen, Filed feb1, 2008, got EAD and parole. Was maried 2007 september. How long is the wait for AOS interview in Dallas. Has anyone filed in Jan/feb/march been called yet? If so how many weeks before do they notify you? I have been waiting to go to India and cannot go, in case I am called. If we call to reschedule how much will the waiting time be? Is that a wise thing? How is the interview in Dallas? My husband and I are living apart because I am still a student in another state. Its not good , but still how can I convince them the marriage is real? |

I am on a valid student visa, female, married to US citizen also Indian.my F1 not expired , I applied for I-485 and others ,the date is february 1st 2008, I was married in september 2007, I got an email saying My advance parole is approved, no information on employement or interview or anything. Can anyone tell me whats going on. We are in dallas area. I am in school at a different state and could not transfer as I dont qualify for instate inn Texas. We are living apart. ?
Please help me ow to go to go through this process. |
