Topic: notice of intent to revoke

There is no middle layer. He is the preferred vendor for that company. Employer never showed up at the work place. But his office is very near to my client work place. Uscis is asking for response within 30 days. Lawyer is confident and planning to response soon.

What should I do in this case.. just wait for response process by uscis?

Topic: notice of intent to revoke

I received a notice of intent to revoke my h1b. Could you advise what are my options.

I am working for a consulting company. 5 months ago uscis officer appeared unannounced at my work location. I met with him, responded to all his questions. There were few questions yo my employer as well. He took care of it as well. Finally after 5 months I got a call from my lawyer regarding the intent to revoke my h1b. Employer and lawyer are preparing the response. I am not sure if lawyer is hiding something. I am not sure what type of questions were asked. What are my options now.

Topic: former company revoked my I140

Hi Guys,

please advise on the below situation.

1- within 3 months of me, quitting from a IT company, they revoked my I140. I know that 1140 belongs to employer so cant complain about revocation. but They collected $300 from me for processing the i140. is there anything i can do about it?

2- will I140 EAD for my spouse still be valid? as i140 of the primary applicant has been revoked.

I am also in the same boat. This is really frustrating.

H1B Transfer - Vermont USCIS received date -10 Aug
Ref date -21 Aug
USCIS RFE response date - 31 aug

since then Status is 'Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received'. Today is 10th Day. new Employer is pressurizing me to join asap. its really frustrating.

Topic: REF for H1B Transfer filed in Premium - at Vermont center

my lawyer responded to REF last week. it got updated in USCIS system to Response received as of 31 Aug. New client is pressurizing to join. Attorney confirmed its safe to join. he is very confident. Client has already waited for 15 days. now it is very difficult to convince him for another 15 days. he got the advise from Attorney who filed the H1b transfer. he says its safe to resign the current company. i am very tense now. what to do now. i have time till friday. if no response from USCIS, have to resign from my current company. what to do guys.

Topic: REF on a H1b Transfer- timelines

thank you.

Not sure why my lawyer filed h1 transfer without client letter. I got the REF for the same.

client says he can just give the client letter specifying the contact for 6 months. he says it will be extended later. i am going to work for a consulting company. could any one of you please advise that if a client letter with 6 month duration can get me a 3 years extension. i have i140 approved.

Topic: H1b Transfer

thank you.

I read the whole post but got the mixed responses. Is it applicable to H1B Transfer as well?

what a fate. I denied an offer back in nov 2014 just because I thought that we might get EAD for I140 approved guys. now when I have another offer, I see that Premium processing of H1B extension ( not sure if it includes Transfer also) is on Hold till 27 July.

here is my situation -
1- I have I140 approved. I have no time left on H1B. I get extn based on my approved i140. My current petition is valid till May 2017.

after going thru the forums, I see that Premium transfer is getting returned or converted into Regular. is it safe for me to join a company based on receipt number.

what if company revokes my I140 after I resign? will my transfer go thru as my I140 was valid on the day I got the receipt number?

thanks,
