Topic: RFE Response related Q

Update your case details. The time frame of 60 days is just an estimate and has no other value. However you can contact USCIS after 60 days t o inquire about your case.In my case it took more then 3 months for the decision to arrive.

Sajid,
you can hire any lawyer in D.C area too because USCIS headquartyer is there.few good names are Jan Pederson and Elliot Thomas.

Topic: First time travel out of US after getting GC

I had the same questions in my mind so I asked my attorney and according to her I should keep my I-94 card with me and if on the airport officials ask to surrender that card I should hand it over to them. However I asked her about getting registration done before departing USA and she said that I should show up on the registration counter at the airport and show them my green card and they may register me or they may refuse it. Please let me know about your thought on this matter.

Topic: PLEASE HELP: Why our cases are messed up? .....

Not recently. Do you think INFOPASS might help??!!!!

Yes I think infopass would definitely help you clarify lots of things so I would strongly recommend you to take an infopass and explain your agony to the officer there.

Topic: MANY THANKS TO ALMIGHTY GOD

Yes I would highly recommend it.The immigration officer at the USCIS infopass appointment actually told me to contact my lawyer to open a service request but I requested the officer to open the service request on our behalf. She was kind, and told us to wait for 10-15 minutes. Then she started working on the computer. Then she told us to expect to receive a reply within 30 days,we got our reply within 3 days..

That,s even better because we had to travel to local office to do the same thing that you have done over phone. We actually tried to do the same over phone but could'nt get hold of any officer willing to do that.
