Congrats, talldarkbigone!
Here is my details:
EB2: TSC
I-140: denied 7/28 (w/o RFE)
Denial Notice rcvd 8/4 (reason: A2P)
I-485: case rcvd & pending

MTR filed 8/23
No updates on I-140
Hard LUD on I-485 9/4 Case transferred to AAO for processing

I don't know what's goin' on?Anyone in similar situation?Your inputs will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Topic: Denial after 1 Year Wait(No RFE)

Thanks Wikiuser and Santhamsantham! I am hoping that it was just missing documents. Well, right now my lawyer says to wait till we know the reason for the denial. But he told me depending on the case, I could request for MTR or re-file the entire petition again. For the meantime, he's gonna renew my EAD but there's no guarantee that I can use it later on 'coz once the I-485 gets denied automatically the EAD become invalid even if it is approve for an extension that's what my lawyer says, I just don't know if USCIS will refund the fee, any ideas regarding that?

Topic: Denial after 1 Year Wait(No RFE)

Hi Mirandolina! My I-140 was also filed online last July 26, 2007 (EB2-TSC) Yesterday, I got an email from CRIS stating that a Notice of Denial was sent. I already emailed my lawyer and employer but they haven't receive the notice yet. My case was a straight denial no LUD's except the famous 8/12 and no RFE. My EAD will expire on October and were preparing for the renewal when this shocking email strikes me! Now, I don't know what to do? Anybody who can share their ideas. Thanks!

Hi, avi00000! My I-140 RD is July 26 (EB2-TSC). I also got soft LUD(12/2) for my approved and received EAD. Any idea on what's goin on? Thanks.
