Topic: How does this country quota makes sense?

Well till last year USCIS has been giving EB2 ROW numbers to EB3 ROW ...

No need to educate me on higher skills... It is crystal clear on USCIS website..

well mr eadSeeker... Looks like you have to read up on number basics and history of USCIS ...

For all these years, the unused visa number flow from EB1 ROW to EB2 ROW and then to EB3ROW... This year they changed this and consolidated on skill categories...

Self education and politeness is important for you...

Topic: How does this country quota makes sense?

And did I forget to mention that my PD was current From March through June 2008 ?

And then USCIS gave EB2 ROW number to EB2 India and China instead of giving to EB3 Rest of World ?
Cleary USCIS did a favour to India and China....

Stop whining...

Topic: How does this country quota makes sense?

I am ROW with PD in 2004 and waiting... while people from India China with PD of 2006 are getting approved ..
Fair ?

There are two sides to a coin and the other side always seems to be unfair....

Chill and enjoy the ride!

Topic: IF.......

The bill has no relation to the decision on your case..

You will get GC if your case is valid and meets all USCIS norms.

When will you get it? Well that's the question to ask!

Topic: Help Needed - I think i got my GC approved, But my dates are not even current

Good for you..

Bad for all of us on trackitt.. Many people have earlier PD and RD....

So stop crying that you got GC... Just take it and keep quiet... And you can bring your girl friend on Student Visa or L1 or other options.. Once here you can marry her and wait for 5 years for the citizenship. Then apply her 485...

And this is NO CRAP that you are facing.. Stop crying even after receiving GC...

Topic: Freeing up of IOs

No reason for joy...

If at all any IO's are freed up they will be working on Citizenship Cases.. They need new voters to vote... :)
