I field I-485,, which is at Texas service center resciveing date is july 14, 2008, Do u know how long its going to take my file to trasfer to Local Houston office, my I-130 field back in March 02, then transfer to Local office in Houston on june 02.

I field I-485 at chicago p o box but I forget to sign one place and then they send my doucuments back for sign that form, so i send it back last week. the bad thing is my lawyer did not see that mistake either.
One more question, My I-130 is not gona approve until my 1-485 interview, usually I-130 approve first then they will proceed your I-485, i have little confusion about that. |

Married to a US citizen filled i-130
Uscis reciveing date was march 3, 2008, my case was at vermont center
then on june 02 i got notice my case is trasnfer to local distict houston office in order to speed up the process, but uscis web site houston local destrict office does not show i-130 processing time,
Is any body know whats gona happen next,
Is any body else i-130 transfer to a different office, plz reply
