no questions.. when u stand in the line for immigration ..u give ur AP+passport+customes paper.. the immigration officer puts everything in a file and sends u off to another counter.. u will have small wait (depends on how many ppl r b4 u.. mine took 30mins).. the officer will check something in the computer and stamp ur AP and passport... |

never ever send anything in its orginal form.. unless specifically asked..u kno wht.. i dont have an english one..i have one in my native lang and was registed years later after i was born..so i got it translated.. but i think i will get a rfe so i got an affidavit from my mom and dad.... so i am sitting here waiting for a RFE:)))))))))))) ...but i didnt send any thing in original.. |

u got FP notice when u efile..u can try to go on an earlier date and request the officers to take the FP.. i did last yr with no problem..they didnt even ask me y i wanted to get my FP earlier:)... good luck.. |

D, CC.. Country of Chargeability.. usually country u r born.. but in some cases ue can use ur spouse country of birth... this is useful for ppl who r born in Inida, Chain etc..
