My guess is that the updates are still a reflection of first week of data.
I don't think they have reached 3rd week as yet.
Which occupation r u in ??

Except for 2174 and 1112 , all others should be safe even if they apply now.

I think you should be able to make it into the quota if u managed to send before May End.

Try to check table in this link for score details:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applic...

IELTS : 6L 6R 6.5W 6S
CLB EQ : 7 7 8 7

So points will be
4 4 5 4

ie 17

Thats my understanding !

However only lawyers can confirm if that is correct.

@amar :
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/...

I see the Govt has updated the count. However its not clear its as of what day.
If it is as of May 4, its quiet strange...because did govt take 1 1/2 month just to update the count of Day 1 !!!

Also at the same time its not close to the counts in the excel we are maintaining in your blog !
Any idea what date the count is ?

Is anybody getting any kind of acceptance records or return packets from CIC ?

Any idea about quota for various NOC's ?

All those who are submitting the packages to cic should update the tracker so that we all get rough idea about quota !

I pray what you say becomes true , but you also need to consider the furloghs that most of govt offices are currently having. So they kind of already have a 4 day week every alternate week I think !

July audits are less. However the way they cleared the May and June audit looks like July audit will take 2 months.
So I guess Aug will start in Aug...A tricky situation...you would have completed 1 year of Labor pending.

So will companies file for 1 year pending H1 extension, or , will prefer to wait for another month to complete and receive labor clearance and then file 3 years extension.

Regarding quota there is absolutely no information...Its still a big mystery. Programmers will be fastest to fill !!!

Regarding WES, they provide reports in 2 weeks. Not more than that.

However main problem is to be able to get the mark lists and degree correctly attested and sealed by the university...
There is no control on how much time our university can take in just giving attested mark lists !! So its 2 weeks after all your documents have reached them.
