Yes, Interga Verification is now mandatory for all HSMP & Work Permit applications. They have a separate Integra form along with EC Form for the same. |

Thats a bit strange that they asked you to download the form rather than just giving it. Anyways I would suggest you inform them that you couldn't find the Proforma form on the website and I am sure they should be able to give you a printout.

You may want to collect theEC Form and Intergra form from the nearest VFS. Proforma form is attached to the Integra form. Infact when I tried to download the Integra form couple of days ago, I couldn't get the proforma as well. Best of Luck |

I had a concern please throw some light. Today I submitted my application (VFS Ahmedabad) for EC and I was told that they dont accept original driving license which I had submitted with my initial HSMP application, instead took a photocopy of the license. I am worried now, is this the normal procedure not to accept original driving license? Also, in the Integra Proforma I have mentioned that I have submitted original license. Will this contradict and make them think that I submitted just the license copy for HSMP approval and create any further problem? Please reply worried. Thanks |
