IT starts from MSC, then later in some cases it gets transfered.. but on what basis they get transfered I dont know, you will be informed if it gets transfered.

I agree with screwed... Infopass is useless, i went to infopass ..... first of all my infopass agent was an desi guy.... 2nd whatever question I asked he didnt seem to know what the hell I was talking about! PPL in this fourm knows more stuff then the USCIS guys!!

its doest not matter from where you apply, all Family based AOS, are process in MSC service center!

I did include the copy of my OPT card, that has the A #, but I was unaware that the OPT card had A # on it ....

Hello, I have two A#, I goth the first one when I applied for OPT, after my graduation, and when I was filing for marriage based I had no clue I had a previous A#, I guess thats why I didn't get my interview letter yet!
