Topic: April 2009 cases /w Fragomen Just an update: Apparently the ETA 9089 is with the attorney. I received an email asking me info and documents (I94) for starting I-140. I must add that the attorney that I corresponded with today was very quick in responding to my queries.

Topic: April 2009 cases /w Fragomen My case is being handled by Fragomen. I checked the status of my case at their site for my company where it showed me that my case was approved on 02/02. I haven't heard anything from their attorneys yet. I sent an email to their paralegal who informed me that their attorney would contact me about the next step for my case.
