Topic: 2nd Biometrics notice?!

I sent all documents together by mail.
I think they made mistake and sent me first bio notice for I-765. and then they realized I didn't have bio for I-485.
I am just guessing... I hope nothing bad...
I see that everybody who filed all 3 documents, have received only one notice of bio for I-765 & I-485.

Yes, the first notice says application number1 I-765
second notice says application number1 I-485.
I guess they requested bio separately..

Topic: 2nd Biometrics notice?!

Hi, I had a 2nd biometrics notice 9/15... I already took it in July.
The letter says The first bio was for I-765, and 2nd bio is for I-485... (I thought they made mistake)
I filed I-765,I-130,I-485 together in May 22.
I thought it is strange :c
I think it will delay my AOS interview date!!! can't believe it.
Does anyone have experiences like this?
If you have any idea or thought, I would be appreciated. Thank you :)

p.s. when I called uscis today, they said I anyway have to attend the appointment and do bio again.

Topic: driving licence with I485/I130 pending

As I know, it is no problem to get DL if you have I-485 receipt.
For in case it is better to bring all documents to prove.(marriage certificate etc.)
DL officer in FL told me that i can get temporary DL which is for one year.

Topic: Married, filed papers, now what?

If you have a I-485 receipt, you can renew or apply for driver's license.
Driver's license officer told me and easily gave me the temporary (1year) license :)
