Topic: Sample requred: Non-Availability certificate(Birth) I got the Non availability certificate in local language. I guess , I'll need it translated to English. Any body have any idea what needs to be done to get it translated? thanks in advance.

Topic: ACTION ITEM: Send Letter to DOL regarding Audit DELAYS I got a letter back from DOL in response to my letter. It state that my complaint has been forwarded to Foreign labor certification department and appropriate action will be taken. thanks

Topic: ACTION ITEM: Send Letter to DOL regarding Audit DELAYS I sent my letter today. The system didn't allow me to respond in immigration-voice website , after such a lengthy registeration. Registration on IV sucks. Even though I am in labor stage , to complete registration I need to enter dates for I-140, 485, EAD, FP etc. I tried unsuccessfully by putting N/A instead.
