whose PD is 2001 , 2002 and 2003.

mine is labor substitution i started to work for the employer recently after my 140 got aproved.

so i think that may be the reason.

i have a interview in mount laurel nj

i got interview letter stating the list of docs i need to carry

also it mentions at the bottom

*THE PETITIONER MUST ACCOMPANY YOU TO THE INTERVIEW*

does that mean my employer or lawyer should be there with me.

anyone with similar experience pls help.
