hi NavinG,
my EC rejected on fund ground,, plz tell mme you re-apply with a fee of 17k or 51K,,
because by now,, my hsmp letter's six month time is laps,, my latter was dted 21st jan and i apply for EC on 16 july and got rejection on 9th Aug,
Im planning to send a admin review today,
they wrote that my application is rejectedon general ground also... whats these gerneral grounds?
they taken bal of 29 april,, ...why not they taken of bal of 30 april? when my applicatiob date is 16 july,,
29 april is also not falling inder last 90 days,, so,, if they are taking 29 april,, then why not thay taken 30 april,, on 30 april, i have 2949 GBP as per their rate as on 29 or 30 april,,
i guess thay made decison in first week of Aug,, so thay can take 30 april bal,,
this is totally confusing..
also,,, why they ddint return all document ,, only passport i got by courier,,
that means thay are expecting to get review from me?
plz reply as soon as possible,,, because I will sent review today only,,

my case is exactly same as your, i got rejection on 9 aug, statting the same things,,, they taken my ballance of 29 april,, for 181000,,, and saying it is 2272 GBP by in ma case they taken exchange rate of 29 april ony, and not that appli date i.e 16 july ,,, but on 30 april my balalce is 235000, then it will be approx 2949 GBP, as per 30 april exchnage which they agree, i dont why they taken 29 april and why not they taken 30 april,,, my application date is 16 july
they even didnt consider another bank's letter stateting that
"mr Amit has Rs 20L in his investment a/c no ............ since last 1 and half year consistantly and this amount is liquid and avilable to me as and when reqired by me,, this amount is entirly at my disposal"
same like you,, they kept all my original papers,,
they only send admin reveiw form and refusal notice with passport,,

if you are in hurry, then you have to apply fresh under tier ! with fee of Rs 51000, now you dont have to apply under transitional,,, because you HSMP date is laps,,
in latter,, there is not refulsal date mention, and no case worker name,, and date on which they given to VFS to sent us,,
VFS site say that till 6pm on 8th Aug, that app with BHC,, and at 6.30, it say that : prcessed application delivered to bluedart to deliver you,, and on 9 aug i got courier at 2pm at my address,, envlalope contain only refusal notice and passport,,
I think in admin revew, we dont go to VFS to submit,, we can sent by courier at BHC, or email and fax too.

I applied for EC from Delhi VFS.
HSMP approval letter : 21st Jan
EC applied on: 16th July
Applied From : Delhi VFS
Integra Verification : Integra (some lady )called me from Mumbai on 23rd July evening. and ask some questions.
EC Status (on VFS website): Application forwarded to BHC on 16th July
EC Approved on : Not Yet
Passport Delivered on : Not Yet
Waiting anxiously on VFS website 2 times a day, and waiting for blue dart to deliver my passport with visa paste.

What evidence you given from your English at the time of HSMP application?
Because in the column 8, they are asking supporting documents for point claimed.
I give my IELTS 6.0 Band,, but ,, they require IELTS 6.5 Band,, so yesterday I bring “medium of Instruction” certificate at B-Com(P) from Delhi University.

I read in forum that you are applying EC on 18th July,
Where are you applying EC at VFS, I mean,, which city.
Can you tell me what’s your HSMP letter approval date?
I’m also planning to apply on 16th Or 17th July 08 at VFS, Delhi
My letter date is 21st Jan 08.
I have 2800 GBP only on 30th April 08.
So I’m planning to attached a letter from regulated financial institution i.e. Bank
“That I have Rs. 10.0 Lac amount in my investment a/c for last 1 year and this amount is readily available to me as and when required. This is amount is solely at my disposal” with all the other details and confirmation about this a/c.
What you think about this.? plz reply ur comments
Secondly, I’m going to travel to UK after Diwali.. so I m making hotel booking for 7-10 days from 30th Oct 08 to 10th Nov
So I’m requesting for “Post dated visa “ effective from 30th Oct 2008 to 30th Oct 2011.

There is no bank is the world who will deny to give you your bank ac/ statement on any date your require, may be they charge you Rs 25/- or 30/-
By the way, tell me in which bank you have your saving a/c?
Supposed, If you are applying EC on 10th July08, then you must have Rs. 2,38,000/-
in your bank from on 10th April’08 and till now that amount should not be withdrawn.
Tell me/// when you are going to apply ur EC and whats your HSMP approval letter date.?
