me too waiting for EAD approval....i filed for EAD(I-765) on 23rd july(e-filing)...received receipt notice by mail in 5 days...got my biometrics done on 10th august...bt hav not heard anything frm them since then....went for infopass after my 90 days were up....they asked me to wait for another 2-3 weeks...bt no luck so far.... |

hi suresh....my receipt no. prefix is EAC and it is still with vermont service center...as shown on USCIS website....does tht make any difference if it is in Vermont or in Texas ?? |

i got the receipt as soon as i applied coz mine was e-filing....since then i have been checking the status of my case using that receipt number on the USCIS website.....bt no luck :( |

Hi suresh.....yes i applied to Vermont Service Center....and i hav not received any updates from them since my biometrics was done (10th August)... and the status of my case has also not changed on there website since then....it always shows that the case is received and is pending...... i also called up customer care but they say the same thing as written on the website....is there any other way by which i can find out the status of my case ??
one doubt.....wat eaxctly do u mean by receipt notice ?? is it the approval receipt ?? |

hi all...... I applied for EAD on July 23rd..... had FP done on August 10th....but havent heard anything from USCIS after that....wat do u guys suggest I do..... how can i put a request for faster processing ?? should i take an infopass appointment ??
one more doubt... i havent sent any supporting documents coz i didnt received any mails frm USCIS for sending them.... should i send them or just wait for their mail ?? and what all documents i need to send ??
