Topic: Working part time

hi
I filed same in july concurrent like you.I am also as part-time with my employer since my labor certificatiopn with them. Seems should be good, since GC is a promise for providing a full time job after getting it and you will have to be a full time after getting GC (for at least 6 month or a year - i dont know). You may email me at ayaz_ahsan@yahoo.com

Topic: July Filers . . .TSC

Hi
I am in the same boat. Check my profile.
There is no definite news.
My observation is that TSC Pilot Program is working at all concurrent applications and will be done in due course of time - no idea so far when we are done. They will do both at the same time - that is concurrent processing.
I am also anxious. This is just my thinking . Please keep us informed - i will do same

Topic: RD vs ND vs case#

Hi
I am in same boat. It is my feeling only that they will process only under Pilot scheme, after they are done woth non-concurrent filling of July

Topic: I-765 eFiling -(for EAD Renewal) -Supporting DOcuments needed

Hi
Exactly same difficulty.
Here it how it has progressed.
SC will send you a notice for fingerprinting, regardless of earlier fingerprinting. After fingerprinting (and picture taken at that point in CIS off), please give it time and EAD card will come in mail - dont kniow how much time. Upon calling them, they said that it will be done within 90 days.
regards

Topic: Huge discrepancy in sent date and uscis recieved date.

Hi
I have the similar situation.
Sent Jul2
Received : July3
Notice date : Sep 05
RECEIVED Date in my account: Sept 05(Actually writtrn that received on July 3rd)
When I cj=heck status on-line it says received on Sep 05 instead of July 3, Attorney said that it is wrong - does not suggest to get it corrected

No information so far.

Topic: 140 cases in Texas filed on July

Hi!
I have filed on July 2nd concurrently, it was received on July 3rd (at Nebraska). They transferred both my 140 and 485 to Texas. However, TSC sent me receipt dated Sep 05 2007 for 140 & 485. When I check on web it says that application was received on Sept 5 (instead of July 3). Laywer says that it is a mistake. However, after looking on this websites, I have the unique observation that SC has started looking at concurrent filied 140 (see date differences on these 140) and it has gone upto 140 with ND Aug 18 2007. It is going to go further slowly.

Can some one say if that is your observation too?

From the tracking list it appears that apart from Substitution cases, what they are rapidly doing are those applications which have been received directly at TSC. After they have finished their own applications, it seems that in that sequence they will take up our cases(the same a scheck encashment date).
Hope anyone comments on this assumption.
Chill since it is always a wait game in life. Dont curse anyone.
Best Wishes to all.

My case is exactly the same - even dates are same. I, just like you, submitted a querry yesterday.

However, I think that substitution cases are pririty, since substitution is only upto Jan first week.
One of guys from my company submitted his i 140 with subsituted labor EB2, and today Dec 19, got approved.

About my case, I think, since my check was encashed on Sep 7, therefore received date of July 2, is useless.

However, we need to wait - man proposes and God disposes.
