Topic: EB3 India , I-140 in NSC

I have an urgent question.

My father's I-140 has just been approved with an EB3 category. his PD is July 9, 04. we have not yet filed a i485.
I am turning 21 in 3 months. what would be the visa availability for our case? do we need to wait till october to find out?

Regardless of visa availability, would i still benefit as an underage dependant if we file i485 before i turn 21? do we need to have a visa available to file?

we are struggling with legal advice right now. any kind of input would be highly appreciated.
