Topic: DECISION MADE ON MY APPLICATION

hi dont take it in the wrong sense but i doubt ur case might have been rejected on some grounds.my friend had the same scenario before few months like he was waiting for interview and medicals and on CIC's site it showed decision made and then after 3 weeks he got a letter stating his pr appl was rejected.he has appealed for it but to date more than 3 months have passed no reply from CIC yet.but u can contact them and clarify your case and situation.goodluck!!!

Topic: help needed

i started working part-time during the end of my 3rd year studies and continued until i finished my final year of pharmacy.when i had applied for my pr file my representative told me that CIC will count that to abt 9 months of fulltime work.my concern is that i was working as assistant pharmacist in conjunction with the chief pharmacist as that time i wasn't allowed as i hadn't finished my studies.in my appl.form have mentioned the same noc code for pharmacists for that 18 months of part-time exp and then another of nearly 22 months of fulltime exp after my pharmacy studies.would CIC consider my previous exp.anyone's help will be greatly appreciated.
have used a representative for my pr appli.have received the file no. and a letter from cic mentioning the current processing time to be 45 months.whereas on cic's website times for london for 70% appli to be cleared are 35 months.so why this big diff in this.also i had noticed few weeks back that my representative has made a mistake in filling my pr appl form.had asked him to change that nd he mentioned will get it done and post a new form to cic.is it possible to do so in this way.i am really worried abt this as cic is very strict in all these aspects so finally have decided to cancel his representation and in future will take my appl in own hands.could anyone help me in this plz!!! i know its a big big query but plz urgent help is needed!
