My 485 was denied may be because it was in NSC whereas the TSC had the I-140.Not sure.
Per my attorney she has filed MTR for both saying in case the 485 get denies before the MTR decision, that has to be re-opened too...
I am waiting for the MTR decision.The uncertainty is killing :) |

My I-140 was denied due to A2P.My employer had not sent the 2006 tax returns when there was a RFE.
It was denied by officer #156 in TSC.
Also my MTR is still pending.
I know a few people from NSC who got their MTR approved.But non from TSC.
That is the reason I am asking if anybody else who filed their MTR in TSC around May end and gt any updates/approvals. |

Did anybody get MTR approval from TSC?
If so can you share the reason for original denial, date MTR was filed and the date MTR/I140 was approved?
Mine is in TSC
I-140 Denied on April 22 2008
I-485 still pending.
MTR filed on May 22 2008 LUD on 5/29/2008
I-485 transferred from NSC to TSC on 06/03/2008
No updates after that. I have also filed for EAD extension last week and got the reciepts. |

Yes We are not sure of the time frame.
Moreover, when I called the service center anout the I290B, they also did nt have any info about it.
They told me that that data does not reside in their systems.Not sure what that means. |

Mine was denied for A2P.
There was a RFE for the 2005 and 2006 comapney tax returns, and paystubs for 2007.
In my case it was my employer's fault as the tax returns were not submitted.
With the MTR,. he has sent the tax returns. |

I know of a peron who got approved earlier this month for I-140 after filing MTR.
His I-140 was denier some time in April, same time as mine.He had filed for MTR around 20th of MAy and the 140 approval came by in the second week of July.
He had filed in eb2 in NSC. |
