Acutually my first 140 was denied then we file the appeal and then another 140 concurrently.
if you see the case you will see the 140 approved.

Hey ,
thanks a lot, I was having the same problem,
I have one more question
on my case , there is a message
on 14th oct , the card is on production order, and allow 30 days For EAD
but there is no update after 30 days. and the call dosen't work for me any time.
Any help any suggestion would be a help.
also
my 140 approved on 6 th november and
485 RD is 21 august 08
PD 13 April 04,
Any idea when my GC get approve?

could u please tell in detail about your degree issue, and how many years have been left (h1 expire)
My I 140 denied just before filing 485 today.
my education is 10th +3 years diploma+3 years engineering degree+5 years experiance
I am on my 9th year ext, which is going to expire in dec.
Can anybody suggest something,
it will be a great help
how much fees is for MTR?

Topic: what to do when u Carry 2 Passports
Hi,
I got a request of submitting the passport.
Actually Now i am carrying to passports,
Is anybody in the same situation.
Do I have to send both the passports or the new one only.
And I heard that u can go in person to consulate for stamping.
Nov27 to Dec 31 ,2007
But even after that can I still Go and submit the passport and for pick up i will give them the paid fedex.
I mean how things should work, can anybody help me.
