I received an email this morning from CRIS stating that : Correct Fee payment Received on Denied Case

Current Status: Correct Fee Payment received on Denied Case

On August 28, 2008, we received the corrected fee payment on this I140 Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker. While you have corrected the bounced check payment, your case remains denied for the reasons explained in the original denial notice.

I am really sad but what can I do? I received an RFE in June and responded to it on time. My company's finances is not that good. The sad thing of it is My priority date is April 2001. I've waited too long for this to get denied. Please suggest options.......I just called my lawyer's office and made an appointment. I think I am still in the state of denial about this.
" Denial on Denied Case ".... May the Lord help us get through this kind of situation. Thanks.....

We are in the same situation. I respondedto my RFE on June 4, and received 1 hard LUD and teo soft LUD's then I don't hear anything from them since. I can worry all day everyday but it won't help me a bit. It will will just hinder me from experiencing the nice things that life offers. I understand everything that you're feeling but we don't have any control over it. I hope and pray that we'll see the light pretty soon.

congratulations! I am just wondering if how long from the time you sent your application for EAD till they approved it. I just sent my renewal last week. and my I-140 and I-1485 are pending after an RFE.

I too am waiting for the result after replying to an RFE on the 4th of June. I saw hard LUD on the 9th and 2 consecutive soft LUD's on the June 10 and 11 and nothing since. I hope for the best for all of us here. God Bless.

I sent my RFE reply on the 4th, got a hard LUD on the 9th, that they received it and they resume the processing on my case. Had a soft LUD on the 11th and on the 12th of this month.

Can you share to me your officer ID number? Mine is XM 1097. My RFE was ability to pay. We respond just the other day. I just hope everything is okey because the financial statements I sent was not audited. Good Luck you and to everybody. God BLess...

Why should we let RFE's control us? I also got an RFE a month ago. I only have less than one week left to respond andmy lawyer and boss is not cooperating. Have paid my lawyer everything already and now he suggested me not to respond to the RFE because my case is weak. I'm the one contacting a CPA and making things happen how to respond to this RFE. My lawyer wants an easy job.... But there's nothing we can do. I just hope that it'll be approved and surely I won't recommend my lawyer to anybody......neither do my employers. But we have the control over our attitude and how we react to every situaton. Let's just be positive and hope for the best..... God Bless........

Please suggest how long are we suppose to renew EAD. Mine will expire in October this year and I will respond to an RFE for i-140 next week. I know that if it will be approved or not they will reject or deny the renewal. What should I do? I have a very weak case. ITR doesn't shows enough net income to pay for my wage and my employer will only provide the equity of their house.... Please HELP... Thank you very much.....

I received an RFE on employers abillity to pay and my employers is not cooperating very well. I have only until June 6 to respond to this RFE. USCIS asked for :

1) ITR in 2001 to 2003 - Negative net income in 2001 and 2002
2) Other source of income other than ITR for 2003 to 2006 because we already submitted those but it's not enough to cover the prevailing wage.
3) ITR for 2007 and any W2. I just started working for my employer last year and on 1099.

I am very worried because my lawyer already told me that my case is very difficult to get an approval but then he'll try but my employer is not doing something. They have lots of problems on their own. Please suggest. Should I start looking for new petitioner? I waited too long already. Please HELP.... I want to see my parents so badly. They are old now and I never seen them in 8 years..... I am getting desperate.... but I know thaat everything happens for a reason. I know that the LORD will give us everything we want in HIS time....
