I also contacted senator kennedy's office ( my state's senator and he has great interest in immigration!!). it has been 3 days, still did not hear from them. I am giving up..
is this news flash good or bad |

I got a return call from the Atlanta center
she said it takes 90 days....but due to high volume of work sometime it tyakes more time
She was not willing to divule any other info
& told me that ask ur atorney to follow up |

seems like at this rate 130 - 140 days average procesing times, the newer applicants won't be able to file I-485 by September end....while the lucky west coast/mid-west applicants would be able to do do.Guys I think calling/ emailing won't improve this
