You will not be out of status but you cannot work after 0812/2008 until you recieve the renewal EAD. |
Topic: Travel on AP just before expiration date
1) You can enter US the day before expiration date.
2) In cas if ur flight is cancelled or delayed, it is not possible to reenter. So the safe bet is to enter US 2 or 3 days before expiration date. |
