Topic: EAD for H4 Visa Holders

Thanks for the crisp answer.

Another question, I wanted to ask and may be is trivial and has been asked zillion times but wanted to clear it too.
Is there a limit in number of eads they would give this year or whosoever eligible and with valid applications, files for EAD would get it.

Topic: EAD for H4 Visa Holders

Hi,

I recently got married. My spouse has got h4 stamped and she will travel sometime in mid June 2015. I have approved I140.
Will I be able to file EAD application for her or she needs to be in US to file EAD ?

Thanks

I have i140 approved from current employer. My current employer is planning to upgrade my priority from Eb3 to Eb2.

In the above case, What happens to my I 140 and would my spouse will be able to apply for ead ?

I was not able to figure out if it would be apply to the following applicant:

I got my i140 when I was not married hence my spouse was not added to my I140.
Now, I got married, would she be able to apply for H4 EAD ?

Thanks...
