off course it is the oct bulletin. comes always a bit earlier in mumbai for some reason, though its not a good news.

Topic: flood of 485 RFEs?

got rfe for tb skin test to be done again, mailed it back by 08/22, got lud on 08/27, 08/28, rfe received and case processing resumed. then another hard lud on 09/01 saying ur case was transferred to texas on march 07. and mind you this is from last year, something is wrong with the system, called to ask and they say wait for 4 -6 weeks before case actually goes to IO again..

thanks , did get to an IO officer, she says with the load of mail coming in u need to wait for 4-6 weeks before the case will go to any IO. huuuuuuuuuuffffff.

got soft luds on 8/27, 8/28,8/29, 9/1.
is there a way to get to talk with an IO offficer , now with the change in the answering system of 1800** , goes to customer service only who donot have any important information.

i got a hard lud today saying

Current Status: Case Transfered to Another Office for Processing

On March 7, 2007, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our TEXAS SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow the instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made.bla bla..
but this is from last year. my current status till yesterday was they have received the response to rfe and are working on it.
why this change now????? could it mean they have put my file back in the stack not to be worked on???
