Its USCIS mistake not classifying EB3 properly by mixing so many into same.

Pains in US is purely by it's own citizens those who didn't even bother to payback bills, mortgages etc responsibly...This is what actual problem but even US gov and people not realizing the fact and blaming on others?

So many people in this country...just do some job for a while and then claims Unemployment....and then enjoy until run out benefits...they keep doing same over and over ...This is the reason for surge in unemployment not because of Indians taken jobs...

They are the real Janitors ..not the people who works hard and pay taxes, bills responsibility here..

People like to throw their mistakes on others...

I am not fighting with you...but trying to make a real point, The reasons of your hate is unreasonable....

are you from australia/NZ or GB? I am just curious. you are certainly a racist for sure. but I am very curious about your identity. I can relate you to some but dont want to generalise. Some people are born with that attitude (superior skin) and people like them realize only when they land in their old age without insurance infront of some indian doctor.
Be humble in life man. life is too short. GC is nothing in life. If you didnt have a father to teach you himility learn yourself. what goes around comes around.

Coming to your points..

1. I don't think Indian people have influence/power to alter spillover....If so, so many Indian people would have got citizenships by now..It is all blaming game on soft people here

2.Realize, USCIS wasted nearly 250k GC's in the past since last 10 years with out issuing to qualified.. perhaps many Indians in EB3 are from that/ in that pool...

of course, If qualified, People look for upgrade if holding in a EB3 for long time with out approvals despite they are entitled to..

If you have right to question people upgrading to EB2, Then You should question yourself first 'Why USCIS wasted So many GC's past and created this artificial clog...and mess?'

You know answer yourself but you still may pretend for the sake of your hate.

i dont know what you are but you certainly had some problems with indians in the past. I hate to be personal here. I am not an indian so swallow your own words. As far as indians they are there everywhere in this system(from NASA to NASDAQ). if you a little jealous of them I dont get surprised.

it is true that some school drop outs are managing policy. Read newspapers before you comment. Newyork times or front page of huffington or see some tv news(FOX/CNN). the only people supporting him are just some naacp guys . this show is soon over. this country's economy is diving down(look at the indicators). Investors are pulling money out. because everyday they find a new way to kill industries (be it cap and trade or penalty or high income tax or SBA penalty) . if you are an Entrepreneur you will understand. The result is people moving more to republican party.

As far as POE issues if continued will kill the consulting and outsourcing industry and to a great extent airlines. because the scruitiny will get distributed to all airports and will stop business travel as well. As I told earlier, none of these lost jobs will come back unless USA change the open trade policy.unfortunately we are watching school dropout show for sure.

not sure why you are so anti indian. as far as the rule goes there is no discrimination. it appies to every h1b/L1 other employment visa holder. and i cant imagine anyone waiting at POE to test his/her luck(random right?). i think this is unfortunate and stupidity.
because school drop outs are advising administration that if you kick all the foriegners out, economy will boom. I think they have purposefully slowed down the approvals on all countries not just indians.

let us get to the outcome. few people will be leaving usa to visit their country especially through Nework. immediate result will be flight cancellations from this airport causing melt down in airline industry. In my opinion, everyone should be cautious of leaving us just because of all these new rules, unless you are ready to go back to your country. atleast until things settled down.

I dont know how good that is. I work for big 5 . Iam billed at 300 bucks an hr .. I dont know if iam safe .. I do not even get 30 % of the bill rate ..
Even the big 5 consulting companies have a sizeable consultants on a time and material basis .. So thats why i know that the lobby here is too strong to accept such an interpretation of the EE relationship .. But yes it is better to move away from the pop and mo m consulting cos ,however big they are .. because this is primararily being targeted towards them ..
