nightman,
my case is the same as yours. my occupation is also not in the list of 38. I filed the case on 2 May, 2008. They have shifted my case from CHC Islamabad to Nova Scotia. After my application, I got a job which is in 38 occupations. I communicated the same to CHC. Lets see whether they reject or accept me. Meanwhile i have applied for Australia too.

Regards,
Bilal

Topic: OUT OF 38, BUT GOT Medical request and PPR.

Dear Oh canada,
I submitted my application on 2 may, 2008. My application has been "in process" at e status. My occupation code is not in 38 occupations announced by the Minister. However, soon after my application I undertook a job which was in Ministers 38 occupations. I wrote a letter to CHC stating the present status and my circumstances. They have now shifted my case to NOVA SCOTIA and my status states the following:
We started processing your application on May 31, 2008.

"We transferred your application to the Sydney, Nova Scotia - C-50 office on March 24, 2009. The Sydney, Nova Scotia office may contact you."

Do u knows what it means? My application status also shows my address which was not there earlier.

Plz help me and give input
