Topic: Pending I-140

Hello

Older PD may not be the only reason to expedite the case. Mine is Mar-2003 and still waiting!

Topic: GURUS - Please advice **URGENT**

Advisable to fle for H1B extension. Since your I-140 is approved you might also get a 3 year extension, check on that.
You will have a legal status - permit to leave in the country for another 240 days after H1B filing during the processing time.

Safer to do it now.
Good Luck:)

Topic: I 140 PENDING

Hello

The new company should have all the old employees under its payroll legally under normal circumstances. All your documents ought to have been transferred accordingly. Please confirm with your attorney and the new management if possible.
Good Luck!

Topic: LUDs on I-485!!!

Hello

Could someone tell me where do we see this LUD and what does thie mean in the first place. Apart from case Status online, I am not aware we can track anything else o the USCIS web site as far as our cases are concerned - be it I-140/485, etc..

Thanks

Hello

When did you file for I-485/765 and in which service center? Curious to know how processing moves here.
