Are you still considering coming to the UK with the bad economic climate? You had better remain in India for sometime until things start to improve which may not be until later in the year.

Any idea from anybody if applications filed in December 2006 in London UK have started to be processed, i.e. if documents have been requested. Cheers.

Thanks a lot GGKK. I only got a fine and points on my licence. There was no jail term involved.

How do you apply for pardon? And what are the chances you will be pardoned. BTW my offence was driving on a provisional licence and also allowing a friend that was not insured on my car to drive it.

Topic: Traffic Offence

Is traffic offence included in the UK police report? And can this be a ground for rejecting ones application for permanent residence in Canada? Anyone with experience of this please help. Many thanks.

Look at areas you can add more points such as years of experience and maybe work for more years before applying.
