Topic: Do business on H1B/i140 Visa

Well, the answer is yes, and it is quite obvious. Think about it, do you think you can buy company shares on exchanges? Anybody can do that, right? US has no restrictions on transactions in shares based on your nationality or status, anybody can do this from anywhere in the world. Investing in business is no different than buying shares (actually, depending on the type of the company (LLC vs Corp) it might be in a form of buying shares.

Bottom line - in US any type of any investment is allowed regardless of your residency and/or status.

Topic: Government Shutdown

USCIS never ceased to operate during all previous shutdowns. They are 100% self-funded, so shutdown doesn't affect them. However, it usually engages other agencies (FBI for background check would be the most important one), and if those are shut down and do not reply, applications affected can be delayed.

Topic: Not exciting

I guess, it might be similar to what is sometimes said about war veterans. How they abhor the war, but when war is over and they enjoying the peace, they do actually 'miss' the war, and that the war is what they mostly talk about. And they do not want to go to war, but they still feel somewhat empty.

There is also a perfectly reasonable biological explanation as well. Human body is actually an amazing drug factory, which can produce a lot of chemicals which would certainly be classified as 'controlled substances'. When you are under stress, those are produced. And you just hook on them. Quite simple. You reasonable part knows that there is nothing good, and you certainly do not want it. But your less reasonable part just remembers the last dose of those hormones and wants another shot.

Topic: N-400 Denied due to wrong fee check.

Your application was not denied, it was rejected. As if it never existed. You might submit a fresh new application and just throw this one to garbage. This code is not important at all.

Topic: What's with all hostility?

I am naturally perplexed with the level of hostility I see here. I understand that when people are anxious, they can be hostile, but why **are** you anxious? This is the citizenship, not green card. In all likelihood, it's not going to affect your lives in meaningful ways - yes, for some it would mean visa-free travel, and probably there are a couple of you here eying a government job, but I am pretty sure, most folks here won't see the difference.
Don't tell me you can't wait because you have to vote this election, most ppl hate voting this season.
Relax, folks. A month plus, a month minus - no difference whatsoever.

Topic: Information for NEW N-400 filers (ONLY for September)

New form is much more convenient, because it gives you full online access to your case. You can now print all your notices directly from the web, and do not need to worry about them being lost in the mail. You can also upload any required evidence on the web too. I would not trade it for a couple of weeks waiting - loosing a fingerprtint notice in the mail would cost you much longer delay.

Topic: FP early walk-in risky per my attorney

Early walk-ins are both harmless and useless in the same time. They do not speed up your process, they do not delay your process, the only benefit of them is that if you can not attend the original scheduled date, you can do it earlier without going through the hassle of rescheduling, or, if you are scheduled somewhere far away from your home and you have another ASC closer to your office, you can try that ASC.
Other then that, no point taking earlier appointment.

Topic: The best and the brightest club - examples!

Alright, everybody. I believe, I am in the position to start the Best and The Brightest Club - here we will post links to some of our Best and the Brightest superior's posts, which clearly demonstrate their Best an The Brightest abilities.
Let me start, but everyone is free to join and contribute!

"Should I apply for EAD or not?" -> http://www.trackitt.com/usa-discussion-forums/i...
Basically, here the B&B guru is in doubt, if he needs EAD or if he does not. I wonder if he already decided on GC...

"H1B and Travel" -> http://www.trackitt.com/usa-discussion-forums/i...
B&B guru does not bother with reading the forum on the question which was disucssed millions of times. He demands answers here and now, and rightfully so! Isn't he Superior person?

"Question regarding I94 number and Date of Last Arrival" -> http://www.trackitt.com/usa-discussion-forums/i...
And again, the B&B king does not even bother checking his own documents. He demands his question to be answered!

"Applying I-485 required applicant signature" -> http://www.trackitt.com/usa-discussion-forums/i...
The guru is in doubt, does he have to sign the application where it says 'Sign Here'? May be only the stupid ROWers should sign it, and the GURUs are not supposed to get their hands dirty with ink?

"documents for I-485 based on EB2-NIW approval" -> http://www.trackitt.com/usa-discussion-forums/i...
This GURU The Best of the Best, as he filed his petiotion as NIW - he is of special interest to the US. Yet he is not supposed to read 4 pages of instructions, who he is - the ROWer is nothing better to do then read? The GURU is busy with important matters, and does not have time for this reading nonsense.

I got those examples of B&B Gurus from the first page on the forum. Anyone care to take on?

I am afraid, if he is not the best, his US passport will be as good as a piece of toilet paper. The Wall Street protesters all had their passports, only they were not so happy about it.

Oh, my Indian guru! He can urinate!!! How magnificent it is. Is that something only superior people like you can do, or us, lowest and humbles of ROWers, can also learn that technique?

No, this is not since this is rubbish. You are so best that you can not see the difference between russian and pakistani, this is fine. Anyways, why should you care about lower people like us, ROWers?

Honestly, I know nothing about Pakistan. Never been there, but my best and the brightest superior here is talking about it alot, and who am I to disagree?. Nevertheless, I have a post on this forum - just today - from someone from India, the guy is saying, that he has a citation for 'public urination'. I wonder, he being the best and so forth, what should we make out of it?
